Calumpit is famous for its pottery products which has been in existence since the Pre-Spanish times. Eight major producers are located at Barangay Gatbuca and has
expanded in Barangay Iba O' Este. Ornamental flower pots, native stove "kalans" are the special products. Known as "pottery country" Apo Iru in Gatbuca is the biggest producer of pots in the whole Bulacan. So vast, is the pot making industry in this place that most residents make their living out pottery.
